In the same context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained information that the Russian warplanes carried out a massacre in the city of Ma'aret al-Nu'man in the southern countryside of Idlib, where they targeted places in the popular market area of the town of Ma'aret al-Nu'man in the southern countryside of Idlib, and this massacre resulted in the loss of at least 12 civilians to their lives and the injury of 18 others.
