Iranian authorities carry out death sentence of a participant in September protests

On Wednesday, Iranian authorities executed a death sentence against a participant in the September protests, known as the "petrol protests."

Iranian media reported that the Iranian authorities executed this morning, Mustafa Salehi, who was arrested by the Iranian authorities after their participation in the protests last September, known as the "petrol protests."

The media reported that the death sentence was carried out in the Dastajard prison in Isfahan.

It is noteworthy that several Iranian cities witnessed, late last year, popular protests because of the increase in the price of gasoline by 300 percent, at which time the Iranian authorities killed a large number of demonstrators, in addition to arresting a number of them.
