A delegation from Republic of Albania is officially visiting northeast Syria

A senior delegation from the Republic of Albania has officially visited the regions of North and East Syria headed by Ambassador Mark Gharib.

Today, an official delegation arrived from the Republic of Albania headed by Ambassador Mark Gharib, Albanian Ambassador to Lebanon, Syria and Jordan, and advisor to the Albanian Prime Minister for the Middle East, Gulf and Africa affairs and his accompanying security delegation, Colonel Glyides Nano, Director of the Office of Combating Terrorism and Extremism in the Internal Security Agency Albani, Major Andrt Dodeh, Assistant Colonel Gledes for operations to northern and eastern Syria.

The delegation was received at the Department of Foreign Relations in the city of Qamishlo where the co-chair of the department Abdul Karim Omar, and his deputy Fanar Kaait, and a number of members of the administrative body.

The two sides exchanged views on several political, security and service aspects, camp conditions, and means of cooperation to combat terrorism.
