AA handed over 4 children of "Daesh" to German government

The Foreign Relations Department of the Autonomous Administration of north and east Syria handed over on Tuesday 4 ISIS children of German nationality to the German delegation at Simalka crossing.

A delegation representing the German Foreign Ministry arrived in Rojava on Monday at Simalka border crossing to meet with a delegation from the Department of Foreign Relations in northern and eastern Syria to receive four children of German nationality who were in al-Hol camp.

The German delegation was received by Deputy Head of the Foreign Relations Department, Fener Al-Kait as Head of the delegation, Sanaa Deham, Member of the Administrative Board of the Foreign Relations Department, Vice-Chairperson of the Women Body in the Autonomous Administration (AA )of North and East, Soraya Roken Mulla Ibrahim, and Avin Qafour, Vice-Chairwoman of the Women Body in al-Jazeera Region.

After discussions between the two side on the mechanism of handing over children, the Department of Foreign Relations of the AA of North and East Syria handed over the four children to the German delegation at the headquarters of Simalka border crossing with Başûr Kurdistan. This came after the delegation was briefed on the document that proves the physical and psychological health of children.

The head of the German delegation thanked the AA and the SDF for this humanitarian work.

 The four children were handed over under a protocol between the two sides.
