AA: Turkey practiced systemic exodus policy against our people

The Autonomous Administration in North and East of Syria pointed out that Turkey has practiced a systematic policy of displacement against the people of northern and eastern Syria. It appealed to the international community to take action to stop the heinous attacks on the people of the region and the demographic change that is being carried out by the Turkish occupation.

On the latest developments in the north and east of Syria, the Autonomous Administration today issued a public opinion statement.

The statement was read in Arabic by the co-chair of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East of Syria, Abdul Hamid Al-Mehbash, and in the presence of the co-chair of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East of Syria, Berivan Khaled, and the media, by the External Relations Office of the Autonomous Administration of North and East of Syria.

The text read:

"The Turkish occupying power and its fascist mercenary gangs continue their dirty attacks and brutal massacres on the components of northern and eastern Syria. The components of northern and eastern Syria who sacrificed in the war against ISIS what the most precious what they have; today, by implicit agreement by the US and Russian state, they are subjected to attacks and massacres." The brutality of the Turkish occupation state and its mercenary gangs from the remnants of Jabhet al- Nusra and ISIS, and they are once again making huge sacrifices in repelling these attacks and their villages, towns and areas are bombed and destroyed  where Human rights are being violated and war crimes are committed on a daily basis; Behind and patron surname in addition to the killing of hundreds of women and children and the use of internationally prohibited weapons in the Qamishlo city, the Armenian Catholic Church in Qamishlo, Father Hosib Biduyan, along with his father, the killing of hundreds of women and children and the use of internationally prohibited weapons. Russia, as well as the visit of UN Secretary General Guterres, legitimizes the Turkish state and gives Erdogan the fascists of the era more boldness. The experience of the Turkish occupation state in Afrin in front of the eyes, has been the displacement of hundreds of thousands of Kurds and the settlement of the families of ISIS and Jabhet al-Nusra of the Syrian National Army mercenaries in their homes, as well as hundreds of women and children of the Afrin Kurds were abducted and looting and stealing was practiced by the most horrible means, On the other hand, the United Nations and the international powers remain silent about these massacres and the demographic change taking place against the Kurdish people in Afrin. Now the fascists of the Erdogan era and the Turkish occupation state aim to settle the mercenaries of the remains of ISIS and Jabhet al-Nusra who were trained under the auspices of the Turkish state in the north and east of Syria, especially in the regions of Serêkaniyê/ Ras al-Ain and GIRÊ SPî / Tel Abyad. The whole world testifies that ISIS trained, organized, and given the opportunity is the same as the Turkish occupation state; the leader of the Islamic State terrorist organization, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, was killed five kilometers from the border of the Turkish state in the Turkish-controlled Idlib region and his deputy Abu Hassan al-Muhajir was also killed. In Jarablus area, which Erdogan described as "the safest area in Syria" under his occupation, Baghdadi's sister was detained in Azaz. A few days ago, Baghdadi's wife was arrested by Turkey. Despite all the evidence that the fascists of the Erdogan era and the Turkish occupation state are the partners of ISIS and Jabhet al-Nusra, on a daily basis the world and Europe still threaten to send ISIS mercenaries to them and open the doors to the refugees. In the eyes of the world and at the White House in America, Erdogan saw himself rightly again by publicly showing the map of the occupation, talking about his demands and his plans to occupy northern and eastern Syria and revealing his intentions to annihilate the peoples of the region. It is a great stigma; neither the Syrian state nor anyone else has shown a position on the threats and ambitions of fascist Erdogan in defense of human and democratic values.

Regarding the issue of refugees in Turkey, a systematic policy and strategy has been adopted by the Turkish state. The Turkish state has opened its doors to the refugees following a systematic scheme. They have been organized and resettled in Turkey to be used as a threat and blackmail against humanity and Europe in particular, immorally. And far from all standards.

We call on all the world and humanity to raise their voices against the extermination of Kurdish, Arab and Syriac societies, against the occupation attacks on northern and eastern Syria and demographic change and to show a position towards this brutality.

It seems clear that the Turkish occupying power derives its strength from the meeting between Trump and Fascist Erdogan, Erdogan could easily tell her in Washington that he would settle a million refugees in al-Raqqa and Deir-ez-Zor.

Erdogan, as an Ottoman caliph, views northern and eastern Syria as his own and considers Syria an Ottoman province.

Trump was expected to say to Erdogan that you have no right to occupy the territory of another country, to prejudice the demography of societies and to commit massacres and genocide against the Kurds, Arabs and Syriacs. On the contrary, he claimed that the ceasefire was holding and the Kurds were satisfied.

First of all, this is not true. No one is satisfied with the genocide and occupation. They are forcibly deported from their villages and cities to be satisfied with the resettlement of strangers in their villages and cities! No Kurds, Arabs and Syriacs will be satisfied until after the end of the occupation and the withdrawal of the obscurantist forces and the Turkish occupation state from our territory and will not be pleased with the ceasefire in this way.

There are now more than 10,000 of the most extreme ISIS detainees being held in detention centers in northern Syria. The region's Kurds, Arabs and Syriacs, with the support of the International Coalition, have sacrificed tens of thousands of lives in the fight against ISIS. Far from the consent and will of the components of northern and eastern Syria, no one can see the right to pass on his plans and calculations on the fate and trial of ISIS detainees. If the genocide and the occupation of the Turkish state against our peoples are not brought to an end, the greater threat of ISIS will emerge from now on. In order to prevent ISIS from becoming a scourge of humanity and because the Turkish occupation's attacks on northern Syria revive ISIS, we call on the US, Russia, the International Coalition, the European Union, the Arab League and the United Nations to appear a clear position. Against the attacks and occupation of the Turkish state and to seek the withdrawal of the occupying forces from our land as soon as possible.

We call on the Syrian government to develop the language of dialogue and consensus. We, as the components of northern and eastern Syria, have no objective to divide Syria. The statements and accusations made against us that claim to seek to divide Syria are untrue and unrealistic. We have blocked the attempts to divide Syria, and for eight years we have been fighting the occupying forces, ISIS mercenaries and jabhet al-Nusra to protect the soil and unity of Syria. This victory is a pride for all the people of Syria. Just as we have no intention of dividing Syria, everyone should also stay away from thinking that Syria would return to eight years ago. It is better to accept the other and develop a solution to each other.

For a democratic Syria in which all peoples enjoy their identity and rights, the components of northern and eastern Syria are ready to carry out their duties and assume their responsibilities.

As components we have already decided to defend our land and our dignity until the last moment and we will resist whatever sacrifices and Syria will not stabilize in any way until after the end of the occupation and withdrawal from our land. "
