About 200 foreign mercenaries surrender after corridors opened

About 200 foreign mercenaries handed themselves over to SDF in the northern part of al-Baguz, after SDF announced the cessation of operations on this axis for those wanting to departure al-Baguz.


A correspondent of our news agency, Hawar news agency (ANHA), who follows the final battle of al-Jazeera Tempest campaign reported that nearly 200 IS mercenaries from Asian and Turkish nationalities had surrendered to SDF.

Our correspondent explained that this surrender process took place in the northern part of al-Baguz after the Syrian Democratic Forces announced the cessation of operations in that axis for the exit of civilians who may have remained in al-Baguz, in addition to giving the chance for IS' mercenaries who wish to surrender to SDF.
