Al-Mismari: Turkey smuggled mercenaries and terrorists into Europe

The Libyan National Army spokesperson, Major General Ahmed al-Mismari, has revealed Turkey's involvement in smuggling Syrian mercenaries from Libya towards Europe, in particular Italy.

Al-Mismari explained that this line starts from the areas of Tripoli, Sabratha and Zuwara, and is subject to the "militias" of the Fayez al-Sarraj government allied to Turkey.

He added that there are about 1,000 Syrians who fled via Zuwara and Al-Sabratah towards Europe last week, through boats provided by a European country in support of the Libyan coast guard, but they are now being exploited in illegal immigration.

He pointed out that these illegal immigrants were mercenaries, pointing to reports that 483 Syrian mercenaries escaped from Libya to Europe, only Tuesday.

Al-Mismari warned Europe against the escalation of illegal immigration across the sea, noting that this migration may not be innocent, as it may include terrorist elements.

Al-Mesmari said that this file will remain open in light of chaos and in the presence of the Turkish invader, who wants the continuation of the crisis.
