AL-TABQA
The Third Conference of MSD held under the slogan "Towards a Political Solution and Building a Decentralized Democratic Syria" in al-Tabqa city, with the participation of 270 delegates, guests from different sects and provinces, and a European delegation.
After reading and discussing the rules of procedure of the Council and changing some of its articles, the delegates elected Amina Omar and Ryad Derrar as co-chairs of MSD.
