Anwar Muslim explained: "The Baathist regime did not leave the way for Arabs to learn about the Kurdish people’s culture and civilizations that dated back to thousands of years." He explained that the Democratic Union Party presented its vision for the future Syria, and that there would be local administrations run by their own people, and a capital named Damascus for all Syrians, not for a single category.

Muslim stated that after the outbreak of the revolution in Syria, the Democratic Union Party presented the vision of dialogue and stressed that there is no alternative to the Syrian-Syrian dialogue, and the drafting of a constitution shared by all Syrians, and said: "Unfortunately, the regime did not recognize the Syrian mosaic and used the militarism to suppress and burn the country."

Muslim also touched on the recent events in Deir ez-Zor region and said: "What happened in 2004 in Qamishlo is now being repeated in Deir ez-Zor, and the goal of assassinating dignitaries and sheikhs is to strike the components against each other and bring accusations to the Syrian Democratic Forces that liberated the region from ISIS." He confirmed that the Syrian regime’s scheme failed thanks to the wise policy and the jealousy of the sheikhs and notables of the Arab tribes.
