As every year, Turkey burns crops in Kobani

The Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries set fire to at least 100 dunums of land cultivated with wheat and barley, west of the city of Kobani.

The Turkish occupation and its mercenaries targeted agricultural fields from Jarablus Tahtani neighborhood on the western bank of the Euphrates, which has been under Turkish occupation since 2016.

Our correspondent, quoting the people of the region, said that the mercenaries targeted the fields in the vicinity of the town of Al-Shuyoukh, located on the eastern bank of the Euphrates River, opposite the city of Jarablus, with automatic weapons, using incendiary bullets, in order to burn agricultural crops.

The burning of agricultural crops by Turkey and its mercenaries is repeated every year with the advent of the harvest season, in a form of hostile war against the peoples of the region, in addition to the water lockdown and siege, in order to starve the people.
