According to reports published by the Violations Documentation Center, 22 people disappeared after a boat carrying migrants sinks in an accident off Algerian coast yesterday.

The Violations Documentation Center stated that a boat carrying 22 Syrian immigrants, including women and children; Yesterday night, it set off from the city of Al-Arhat in the Algerian state of Tipaza towards Spain, and it was reported to have sinked hours later.

According to the center, the Algerian Coast Guard recovered a number of bodies yesterday evening, including children who were transferred to Sidi Ghilas Hospital.

In addition, many pages on social media reported information that people from the city of Kobani lost their lives in the boat sinking incident.
