Citizens who met Ocalan: He was leader of all peoples

A number of citizens who met the leader of the Kurdish people, Abdullah Ocalan, said that he enjoyed the spirit of love and dedicated his struggle to make all the components live together on one land and focused on the role of women in society.

The citizens who met with leader Ocalan in an interviewed conducted by the Hawar News Agency, spoke about what they had learned during their meeting with Ocalan and the impression that Ocalan had left on them.

The citizen Wiso Qader said "It was the first time I met the leader Abdullah Ocalan in the 1990s in Lebanon. We stayed there for 4 days. We learned a lot from him. We are very grateful to him because he is a free thinker who wants the oppressed components living in security and peace away from the repression of the ruling regimes. "

He added, "Thanks to the ideology and philosophy of the leader Abdullah Ocalan, all the components of the Kurds, Arabs, and Armenians coexist in the north and east of Syria. Ocalan was not the leader of the Kurdish people but all the peoples."

He said, "the ideas and philosophy of the leader are aimed at liberating societies from the oppression and tyranny practiced by the ruling regimes in the countries. Today we in the regions of northern and eastern Syria apply the ideology and philosophy of the leader on the ground and made the land free from the terrorism that was hovering over the region."

Shamsa Ismail, who met with the leader Ocalan in Lebanon 29 years ago, says, "what we heard about him pushed us to go to Lebanon to see him. Everyone said that he was a great man with high morale. We spent four days there, the best days of our lives."

Shamsa explained that "the leader focused on the role of women because she was the victim of the ruling regimes and domination of masculine thought and because he was a great person who loved to give the rights to the oppressed people."
