Civilians’ homes are victims of indiscriminate shelling of western Girê Spi villages

The Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries shell the western villages of the countryside of Girê Spi on a daily basis, despite the fact that some of them are empty of residents, aiming to cause damage to them, which caused great material losses to the property of the people.

The Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries caused the displacement of more than 70 thousand people of the city of Girê Spi and its countryside and villages belonging to Ain Issa district after its brutal barbaric attack on the northern and eastern regions of Syria in October 9 of last year, and its occupation of Serekaniye and Girê Spi/ Tal Abyad.

Not only did the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries displace the people from these areas, but on a daily basis they shelled the western villages of Girê Spi canton, "Qaz Ali, Al-Hurriya, Al-Salib, Al-Hoshan, Khalidiya", which they could not occupy after the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) fighters confronted them in those villages.

Our agency reporter, while covering the situation of the areas of contact with the Turkish occupation in the western countryside of the occupied Girê Spi canton, documented some destroyed houses, as a result of being shelled by the Turkish side.

The western villages currently Turkey and its mercenaries occupied, "Al-Faris, Kafifah, Abu Kharaza", have a number of destroyed homes, Turkey and mercenaries destroyed in order to displace its people and facilitate its occupation during their attack on the area.
