The cell also carried out several assassinations in al-Tabqa. The cell expanded its work in conjunction with the operations of al-Tabqa in the city of al-Raqqa, through the recruitment of "brothers Khaled Juma and Ahmed Juma," and their tasks were to target vehicles with Kalashnikov weapon, and the bombing of some crossings, including: "targeting the government farm road in Tel Samen, village road, in addition to the bombing of Wadi Al-Faid Bridge through an explosive device, bombing of some shops that refuse to pay money for the cell, the detonation of an explosive device near Basil Hospital, the detonation of an explosive device next to al-Raqqa Hospital. The cell moved as a result of the pursuit to the city of class and join with the rest of the cell elements in the city

As for the source of the weapons that were supplied to the cell, the elements of the cell show that the weapons were brought from the Syrian city of Idlib, and were supplied to the area by placing them between plants in different cars, and by hiding them in detergent containers, and distributed and hidden by the cell elements in their homes, the cell will then move as a result of the pursuit to the city of al-Tabqa and join with the rest of the cell elements in the city.

The cell was arrested by the ISF in al-Tabqa after more than 30 days of investigation, according to ISF officials in the city, without revealing the date, and after chasing the so-called cell leader, Abu Mohammed al-Homsi, who tried to escape the ambush at the eastern entrance to the city, the security forces then raided all the houses of the cell members and arrested them.
