Explosive device dismantled in western countryside of Deir ez-Zor

The engineering teams of the Internal Security Forces(ISF) in Deir ez-Zor dismantled an explosive device placed in a school bag in front of al-Razi Hospital in al-Jazrat town in the western countryside of Deir ez-Zor.


After ISF received a complaint from one of the citizens that a school bag was placed in front of al-Razi Hospital on al-Jazrat road, ISF rushed to the place and formed a security cordon for the safety of the citizens.

It was found that an explosive device was in the bag. After neutralizing the explosive device, it was transferred to a safe place and later dismantled away from civilians.

It is worth mentioning that the engineering teams managed to dismantle a landmine in "Shehil" town of Deir ez-Zor on current February 4.
