FR hands over a number of ISIS families to Germany

The Department of Foreign Relations in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria handed over a number of women and children from ISIS families to the German Foreign Ministry any, headed by Kurt Stokel Stilfried, Director of Legal and Consular Affairs at the German Foreign Ministry, according to the department's official website.

The delegation was received by the Vice-President of the Department of Foreign Relations in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, Fanar Al-Kait, and Khaled Ibrahim, the member of the administrative body in the Department of Foreign Relations.

During the meeting, Fener Al- Kait thanked Mr. Kurt Stockel-Stilfried and the Federal Republic of Germany for supporting the stability of the region, and valued the efforts of the Federal Republic of Germany in supporting the file of ISIS families in the camps of the Autonomous Administration, according to the same website.

For his part Stilfried expressed his gratitude for the cooperation of the Autonomous Administration, and said that "it is not the first time that he has visited the regions of NE Syria with regard to the humanitarian missions of retrieving German nationals from children and women and reintegrating them into society, and the Autonomous Administration is not alone in being able to dealing with this thorny and dangerous file.

He stressed that "Germany will remain committed to its humanitarian duties towards its nationals, and continue to provide humanitarian support to the region through humanitarian organizations to ease the burden on the Autonomous Administration in this thorny file.

at the end of the meeting, the Department of Foreign Relations in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria handed over a number of women and children from ISIS families to the German government, after signing the official handover documents.
