 Hikmat Habib pointed out that it would have been more useful for the Damascus government, which claims patriotism, to announce the general mobilization for the liberation of the occupied lands, and about the rapprochement that occurred, Habib addressed Damascus, saying: "Such cases and movements offend the Syrian national situation."  Arab and Armenian experts and human rights activists condemned the Turkish authorities’ announcement of depriving the leader Abdullah Ocalan of the “right to hope” law, which allows the release of those who were sentenced to life imprisonment, and stressed that Turkey continues to violate international law and international conventions and treaties on human rights in its dealings with leader Ocalan amid  silence up to the point of complicity by the international community.


Leader Abdullah Ocalan presents two options for the Iranian nation-state to solve its outstanding issues, and shows that capitalist modernity and the nation-state systems are no longer able to re-establish its system. Therefore, if it wants a solution, it must radically break with the existing system, and the solution lies in democratic modernity, from which there is no refuge.


 Officially, Hamas announced in a statement the restoration of relations with the Damascus government, but the latter did not show any welcome signs, as its media launched a wave of attack on Hamas, revealing the features of the new identity that will govern the relationship between Hamas and Damascus.
