​​​​​​​Iraqi army announces the fall of 4 missiles at a military base

The Iraqi army announced in a statement that 4 Katyusha rockets landed on a military base used by the US-led coalition forces south of Baghdad, on Friday, causing some material damage, but no injuries.

The rockets landed on the Basmaya base, where Spanish soldiers are stationed as part of the US-led coalition to fight ISIS mercenaries.

Rockets and mortars have targeted bases that include coalition forces, and have also landed near the US embassy in Baghdad over the past months.

US accuses backed- militia Iran for launching these attacks

No known armed group, backed by Iran, has claimed responsibility for any of these attacks.
