Izidxan DAA's Council holds international community accountable for occupation of Afrin

The Democratic Autonomous Administration Board of Şengal issued a statement, denouncing the Turkish occupation of Afrin, and putting the blame on the international community for that.

With the advent of the third anniversary of the occupation of Afrin, the Democratic Autonomous Administration Council of Şengal issued a statement, denouncing the Turkish occupation army's attacks on Afrin, which led to its occupation.

In the statement it issued this evening, Wednesday, the Council condemned the brutality of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries in Afrin, and its "heinous" practices against the people of Afrin.

The council said that it viewed the "occupation of Afrin" as "the occupation of Izidkhan", likening the mentality of the Turkish occupation to that of the terrorist organization ISIS.

The statement of the Council held the international forces responsible for the occupation of Afrin, and accused them of turning a blind eye to the Turkish occupation practices against civilians, especially the Yazidi community in Afrin.
