​​​​​​​Kidnapped woman and her son removed from al-Hol camp, handed over to Yazidi house

The administration of al-Hol camp handed over a Yezidi kidnapped with her son to the committee of the kidnapped in the Yazidi House in Al-Jazeera region to work on returning them to their families.

During the ISIS mercenary attack on Şengal province in August 2014, mercenaries kidnapped thousands of Yazidi women and children.

After defeating ISIS mercenaries, many unidentified Yezidi women were removed from the families of ISIS mercenaries to al-Hol camp.

After follow-up and investigation, the committee of the kidnapped in the Yazidi House in cooperation with the administration of al-Hol camp was able to identify Sahira Qasim Jassem and her son Hewan Maher Mahmoud, who are from the village of Tal Banat in Şengal province.

It was confirmed that it was in one of the camp's communes, and after a group of contacts, it was summoned to the administration and verified of its personal data, to be formally delivered to the committee of the kidnapped in the Yazidi House.

The committee will work to communicate with its relatives and return it to Şengal province, after coordinating with the autonomous administration council there.
