Kremlin: Turkey has not fulfilled its obligations in Idlib

The Russian Kremlin said today that Turkey has not fulfilled its obligations regarding the Sochi Agreement on Idlib, and that mercenaries in Idlib are getting very dangerous equipment.

The Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, stated in press statements: that Ankara has not fulfilled its obligations regarding the Sochi Agreement on Idlib.

The Kremlin spokesman added that the terrorists in Idlib, Syria, are getting "very dangerous military equipment."

Peskov also called for avoiding building negative scenarios regarding the development of Russian-Turkish relations, against the backdrop of the tense situation in Idlib.

This comes in conjunction with Russian aircraft launching raids on the perimeter of the Turkish forces gathering south of Idlib, while the regime sent huge military reinforcements to the axes of Jabal Zawiya, in conjunction with similar Turkish reinforcements to the same region.

Russia and Turkey have failed to reach understandings on the escalation in Idlib, through three rounds of talks, in addition to a phone call between Putin and Erdogan.
