Al-Shibli pointed out that the regime and mercenaries lost the control as a result of increased foreign interventions in the region.
The neighborhoods of Hemdaniya and Jamiliyah were heavily shelled by mercenary groups supported by Turkey, a few days ago.
The Syrian regime, supported by a Russian air cover, has been waging a military campaign against mercenary strongholds in the northern province of Idlib for almost three months and has made little progress as a result of mercenaries receiving arms from the Turkish occupation army.
Al-Shibli stressed that "the biggest loser of the overlap of interests in the Syrian homeland is the people who are subjected to the burning and massacres, especially in areas under the control of mercenaries of the Turkish occupation army," describing those areas as "the quagmire of terrorism."
As for the recent escalation in the city of Aleppo by the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation army, a member of the Presidential Council of the Syrian Democratic Council said that "a Turkish letter indicates the confirmation of stay in Idlib despite the military operation declared in that area led by Russian, Turkish in Syria ".
There were reports of involvement of Russian ground forces in Idlib attack, which Moscow denied.
"Turkish Ottoman ambitions are not limited to Syria," he said, referring to the Turkish ambitions based on the ancient Ottoman Empire in the occupation of Aleppo and the regions of Libya, Cyprus, Iraq and other countries, only to plunder the wealth of people suffering from war and exploitation of oppressed peoples.
A member of the Presidential Council of the Syrian Democratic Council, Shibli attributed the failure to reach a comprehensive solution to the crisis to the intransigence of the parties to the conflict to take militarization as a solution rather than dialogue and accept the other to spread democracy and peace throughout the whole country.
