On its 11th day, the escalation in the so-called "De-escalation" zones continues consecutively. On Friday, the areas in the countryside of Aleppo and Hama were exposed to heavy shelling by the Syrian regime and Russian warplanes.
On the level of the aerial bombardment, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that the number of barrels fired by the regime forces rose to 60 barrels of explosives, including 16 barrels on the town of al-Habit town south of Idlib, in addition to 8 barrels of explosives on the outskirts and the vicinity of Kafar Naboda in the northern countryside of Hama, 8 barrels of explosives on Haish, 4 explosive barrels on Tel Ass, 4 on al-Sheikh Mustafa, 4 on Hass, and 2 explosive barrels for Madaya, Kafar Sejana, Ma'aret Horma, Ma'arzitta, Termala, Kafer Ain, Ihsem and al-Sheikh Dames.
While the number of raids carried out by the regime's warplanes on the villages of Hama and Idlib raised to 55 raids; 11 raids on the outskirts and the vicinity of Kafar Naboda, 12 raids on the al-Habit town, and 8 raids on the Qesabiya, and 8 raids on Khan Sheikun, and 3 raids on each of Rekaya Sejana, Ma'aret Horma , Kafar Sejana, and the vicinity of Ma'aret al-Nu'man, and 2 raids on Kafar Zitta, and a raid on each of the outskirts of al-Bara and Kafar Nebul.
The number of raids carried out by Russian aircrafts increased to 36 after midnight until today, including 8 raids on al-Habit, 6 raids on Qesabiya, 4 raids on Kafar Zitta and 2 raids on al-Sheikh Mustafa, Kebana, and the vicinity of Suhyan, Kafar Sejana, Rekaya Sejana, north of Kafar Nebul, and the outskirts of al-Naqir, Ma'arzitta, and Ma'aret al-Sin.
In the area of ground shelling, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the fall of 392 rocket and artillery shells fired by the regime forces on areas in the villages of Hama and Idlib. The largest part of them included the city of Khan Sheikhun in the southern countryside of Idib, al-Ankawi, al-Habit, al-Qesabiya and other places south of Idlib, in addition to the axes of al-Katiba al-Mahjora,Tawil Halib, Sahl al-Ghab and Jabal Shehebo.
In a related context, sources reported that the Turkish mercenary gangs regained control of the villages of al-Sharia and Bab in Sahl al-Gab in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the restoration of Kafar Naboda during fierce battles with the forces of the Syrian regime.
