Mutual shelling between regime forces, mercenaries in Aleppo

The Syrian city of Aleppo and its western countryside today witnessed a violent exchange of fire between the regime's forces and mercenary groups. In addition, an explosive device was detonated next to a primary school in al-Sekkeri neighborhood.

According to our correspondents, after the bombing, the forces of the regime stationed in the industrial zone of Sheikh Najjar and al-Mahlab Military barracks responded by shelling the western countryside of the city, which is under the control of the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation army, and dericted the rocket launchers from Kafr Hamra to al-Rashidin area.

The mercenary groups responded by shelling both al-Nile and Khalidiya neighborhoods with homemade rockets from their control areas in the area of ​​Kafr Hamra and the outskirts of al-Mansoura.

According to preliminary statistics, the shelling of the areas controlled by the regime forces resulted in the loss of two civilians and wounding at least seven others.

It should be noted that these operations and mutual shelling today is considered the most ferocious in the city of Aleppo since the declaration of the area between the parties of the conflict as a demilitarized area according to the  Russian - Turkish agreement in Astana.
