New fires eat crops in Tel Barak villages

Fresh fires swept through the villages of the Tel Barak district of Qamishlo on Wednesday, burning more than 10 kilometers and the fire is still alight.

On Wednesday (June 12th), a new fire broke out in the village of Tal Barak, which started from the silos of Amer village, driven by the wind speed to the north-east of the area and the village of Tal al-Zahab.

The fire continues to eat crops and burned an area of ​​about 10 kilometers within an hour of the outbreak, as the firefighters and the Internal Security Forces and the people exert intense efforts to extinguish it.

Firefighters, ISFs and residents have been mobilized since the start of the harvest to fight and extinguish the fire.
