Occupiers’ practices against women in Afrin contrary to all human values ​

The women in al-Jazeera region denounced the violations committed against women in Afrin by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries, and appealed to all international and human rights organizations to break their silence and expose Turkey's immoral practices.

The Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries continue their violations against the people of Afrin like theft and looting of property belonging to citizens, the abduction of children and men and the demand for ransom from their families, these practices have recently entered a new phase: the abduction, rape, torture and killing women.

On August 23, the so-called Sultan Murad Brigade of Turkish mercenaries carried out the kidnapping of a 20-year-old Aisha Abdel Naser from al-Mahmoudia al-Zaidia neighborhood, releasing her after taking a ransom from her family of 5 million lira.

On August 22, a video clip on social networking sites was published for a girl who says she is married, Israa Yusuf Khalil, a 19-year-old, narrating her story, crying for what happened, and how she was raped by the commander of the Sultan Suleiman Shah Brigade, Abu Amsha, a mercenary of the Turkish occupation, by force of arms and exposed to the direct threat in Afrin.

Member of the Legislative Council in al-Jazeera region, Hadia Ali denounced the violations committed by the Turkish occupation army against the woman in Afrin, whether against the indigenous people or the ones who settled in Afrin after the Turkish occupation

Women should unite to liberate Afrin as soon as possible

Head of the Arab Women's Office in the Arab National Body, Khansa al-Hamoud, denounced the immoral practices of the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries against women in Afrin.

Khansa called on all women to unite and resist against the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries to liberate Afrin as soon as possible.
