The Turkish authorities have taken a new ban against the leader Abdullah Ocalan, about whom no information has been received since March 25, 2021. The decision included a ban on meeting his family and lawyer for another 6 months. The decision was issued after the end of the Turkish elections, announcing that Erdogan won a new presidential term.
Secretary of the Kurdish Democratic Roj Party in Syria, Kovan Kano, denounced the continued imposition of disciplinary sanctions against the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and stressed that it is part of the conspiracies that are still continuing to this day, along with the silence of the international powers towards the Turkish crimes and practices against the leader Ocalan and the Kurdish people.
Kovan Kano noted that the leader of the Justice and Development Party, Erdogan, lost the votes of voters in Bakur Kurdistan, in the second round of the Turkish presidential elections that took place on May 28, so he retaliates by pursuing hostile policies against the Kurdish people and leader Abdullah Ocalan.
Kano stressed the need for the Turkish authorities to dialogue with the leader Abdullah Ocalan to solve the Kurdish issue, instead of confronting the Kurdish people with violence, killing and oppression, and stressed that the way the Turkish authorities dealt with the Kurdish issue and the leader Abdullah Ocalan would deepen the Turkish crisis.
Kovan Kano stressed that: "The path to resolving the crises of the Middle East and the world is also related to dialogue with leader Ocalan."
The secretary of the Kurdish Democratic Roj Party in Syria explained: "As a Kurdish political party, we are proud of the struggle of the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and we are also proud of many national figures who defended, fought and made great sacrifices for the Kurdish cause, such as Judge Muhammad and Sheikh Saeed. We demand the end of the strict isolation against the leader Abdullah Ocalan ".
