The Asayish of the Kurdistan Democratic Party kidnapped the young man, Zirik Ali Muhammad, from his job in the city of Hewler, and 2 hours later they told his family to go to the hospital to receive his body.
The official of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan Organizations Center in Hewler, Majid Muhammad, confirmed during a press conference, held this afternoon, that the murdered young man is one of the sons of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan martyrs, and was arrested by the Asayish forces without any reason, and after several hours his body was delivered to his family without mentioning any reason for his arrest.
Majid Muhammad said: "We, in the Patriotic Union, support the demands of this family until the facts emerge, and we will not stop our demands until we obtain a clear and convincing answer from the concerned authorities, and we call on the Public Prosecution and the Judicial Authorities in the Kurdistan region to work to clarify the facts".
Majid Muhammad said We will not stop and we will transfer the file to the Federal Court of Cassation if we and the family of the murdered young man do not get a convincing answer".
Muhammad affirmed the Union's support for the family of the murdered young man, condemning his arrest and the intimidation of citizens in Hewler by KDP authorities.
