Putin, Erdogan discuss situation in Idlib, Libya and Corona

The Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed in a phone conversation with the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan the issues of the Syrian settlement, including the implementation of agreements on Idlib.

According to the Kremlin press service, "Exchanges of views continued on the issues of the Syrian settlement, including the implementation of the Russian-Turkish agreements signed on March 5, 2020 to stabilize the situation in the Idlib region, and the Libyan issue was also discussed."

The statement added that during the conversation, the situation was discussed regarding the spread of Corona virus pandemic.

This phone call comes at a time when violations of the cease-fire continue in Idlib and the continuation of bringing military reinforcements to the region.
