Al-Hol camp's administration issued an administrative order on Wednesday evening to prepare group tours and open the way for those wishing to return to the Iraqi territories. The administrative order spread throughout the refugee camp which is inhabited by the Iraqi refugees, amid a large influx of refugees to the exit office for the registration of the return requests.
The administrative order issued by the administration of the camp and approved and signed by the Autonomous Administration included, "All the Iraqi refugees who are residing in al-Hol camp who wish to return to Iraq have to review the exit office and register their names starting from April 3, 2019 to return to Iraq."

A source from inside the Iraqi Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees' Affairs has confirmed to our agency, Hawar agency (ANHA) two days ago, the Iraqi government reached the decision to open the border crossings for the refugees wishing to return home.
The Autonomous Administration of North and East of Syria has always sought through its diplomatic visit to Iraq and its contacts with the concerned authorities in the Iraqi Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees' Affairs to return the Iraqi refugees who wish to return to their homes, especially after the Iraqi government announced on 9 December 2017 its military victory over IS' mercenaries and the restoration of the Iraqi territories.
