The events organized by women in northern and eastern Syria continue to denounce the isolation imposed by the Turkish occupation state on the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan and in solidarity with parliamentarian Leyla Guven, who is still on hunger strike to lift the harsh isolation posed on Ocalan.
In this context, young women in northern and eastern Syria organized an event in Tel Tamer district to denounce the isolation of Ocalan and in solidarity with Leyla Guven in the continuation of the events they are still organizing throughout the north of Syria.
The celebration was attended by hundreds of members of women's organizations in northern Syria, as well as members of Kongra Star, and hundreds of residents in Tel Tamar.
The event began with holding a minute of silence, after which Jinda Munther delivered a speech on behalf of the young woman in northern and eastern Syria, and Mona Yusuf on behalf of Kongra Star.
The speeches confirmed that the 8th of March and through the resistance of Leyla Guven wrote a new history for women to continue their struggle against injustice and slavery, and enable the women to show their true free essence.
