In response to the demands of the sheikhs and clans' notableds in al-Shaddadi district, the Syrian Democratic Forces released the fifth batch of detainees, whose hands were not stained with blood, in the towns and suburbs of Deir-ez-Zor.
The notable of al-Bomsarra clan, Sawadi al-Abdullah, indicated that the Syrian Democratic Forces had handed over 9 detainees after completing the necessary investigations and security measures with them.
Al-Abdullah pointed out that the release came after repeated requests from Sheikhs and clans' notable to release those whose hands were not stained with Syrian blood.
With this batch, the number of those released, along with other batches, reached more than 500 detainees, and they were handed over to their families from all areas south of al-Hasakah, up to the countryside of Deir-ez-Zor.
Al-Abdullah thanked all the security forces in the region for their cooperation with the sheikhs and notables of the region and for meeting their demands.
Before leaving the detainees with the notables to their families, they were confirmed that they had received all their secretariats without any decrease, and they were asked before the dignitaries about the method of treatment during their imprisonment and whether anyone had subjected them to abuse.
The prisoners assured dignitaries that they were treated well and that no party was exposed to violence.
It is noteworthy that the nine prisoners who were released are al-Shuhail, al-Bassira, Diban areas and al-Sour sub-district in Deir-ez-Zor countryside.
