AL-RAQQA
The Internal Security Forces(ISF) in al-Raqqa received a communication from a citizen stating that a person was killed in his car which was parked near the Children's Hospital on al-Basel Street.
The ISF then rushed to the site and found that the victim was the sheikh of the Huwaidi clan, Bashir Faisal al-Huwaidi.
According to the information obtained from the site, al-Huwaidi received two shots directly in his jaw and head causing his loss of life.
In response to the incident, al-Raqqa Civil Council is expected to make a statement regarding the incident.
