The sheikhs and notables of the Girê Spî canton made a statement read by the notable of the Al-Buassaf clan, Hamad Al-Qaraja, condemning the attacks of the Turkish occupation state on the region, after their visit to the Tell Abyad Military Council.
The statement stressed, "The goal of the Turkish occupation is to undermine the security and stability that our regions enjoy, and to occupy more Syrian lands at the expense of the bloodshed and displacement of citizens."
The statement criticized the silence of the international powers regarding these attacks.
