Sihanouk Dibo: Change in Syria depends on four main entrances

Sihanouk Dibo pointed out that the change in Syria depends on four main entrances, adding that the third forum for Syrian-Syrian dialogue will be held soon, and that the focus will be on a road map to solve the Syrian crisis and mechanisms of democratic transition, while describing the statements of Russian officials about the Kurds in Syria as a positive step.

Hawar News Agency conducted an interview with a member of the Presidential Council of the Syrian Democratic Council (MSD)Sihanouk Dibo, on preparations for the third forum of the Syrian-Syrian dialogue, and the solution of the Syrian crisis according to MSD's perspective.

Dibo said, "MSD has taken important steps since the beginning of its establishment towards consolidating the Syrian-Syrian dialogue, which in turn confirms that it is a basic entrance that is almost the only one for a real breakthrough to the Syrian crisis and to find a solution according to its political course."

The third forum of the Syrian-Syrian dialogue will be held soon

Dibo pointed out that they held two dialogues between the Syrians during the last year in Ain Issa town, he added, "We are now in the process of holding a third Syrian-Syrian dialogue over the next few days and the essence of this meeting is two main points: the first focus on the future constitution of Syria, which must be in accordance with a copy of the demands of the Syrian people in all its components, confirming the reality of the solution, which is also focused on the issue of democratic decentralization.

He pointed out that the second axis, will focus on a road map to resolve the Syrian crisis, which means the mechanisms of democratic transition.

He added, "We have contacts with opposition parties in their internal and external forms, parties and national trends that are now convinced that Syria must be in accordance with an administrative model, " the Democratic Autonomous Administration Project" which is extending on all Syrian people by the Follow-up Committee."

He explained that the solution to the crisis must be in accordance with the parameters agreed by the Syrians through the Syrian-Syrian dialogue directly, under the auspices and guarantee of the United Nations, and completed: "This basic detail is almost extracted from the outcome of the meetings in Geneva or even Astana, which could not fully lead to a solution to the Syrian crisis.

He pointed out that the common denominator between the meetings of Geneva and Astana was to exclude the most influential party, represented by MSD, in finding a formula for resolving the Syrian crisis he added, "Every time we saw meetings after either Geneva or Astana, contrary to the things and recommendations that were graduated from them."

"Change depends on four core entrances"

Dibo highlighted four key entrances to the possibility of change in Syria

He added: "The elimination of terrorism and terrorist organizations and uprooting and drying up the sources of terrorist organizations material, financial and intellectual, and the Syrian constitution and must identify the basic principles above the constitutional starting from the name of Syria to be only the Syrian Republic without national  or religious suffix, and the formula of democratic decentralization, represented by the model of the Democratic Autonomous Administration.

On the statements made by Russian officials about the participation of the Kurdish people in resolving the Syrian crisis, Dibo described them as positive steps.

"He said, "If these statements are not translated into the ground, there will be many question marks about what it means that the most influential party in resolving the Syrian crisis, which is responsible today for one-third of the Syrian geography is absent from meetings of the Syrian solution.

Sihanouk Dibo said that the Adana Agreement is one of the worst security agreements since the independence of Syria and its present history, he said: "There are no long-term security agreements, especially after the last period of the Syrian crisis, Turkey threats all of Syria and the entire region in various countries of the Middle East."
