On October 23rd, 2019 Russian Forces were deployed to the North Eastern Syria as representing a Guarantor State to cease fire after the onslaught carried out by the Turkish Occupation Forces and the affiliated mercenary groups on the region.
The agreement that the Russians signed with the Syrian Democratic Forces stipulates deployment by the Border Guards of the Syrian Government to the border and the frontline areas.
Since then, and from the very day it was signed, the agreement is being breached by the Turkish Occupation Forces as they target all populated villages in common with the so-called Syrian National Army as crimes are being committed while the Russian Forces preserve silence and inaction from the part of the Syrian Government Forces, on this some people were interviewed by ANHA.
Umar Deriki says that ''half and a year ago, and after Sere Kaniye and Gire Spi /Tal Abyad were occupied, attacks by the Turkish Occupation Forces and the affiliated mercenary groups have never remitted'', adding '' the Russian guarantor and the Syrian Government Forces never moved a finger since they were deployed to the region, and they never reacted to the constant shelling by the Turkish Occupation Forces and the mercenary groups that led the later to increase and intensify their attacks as trying to extend their spheres of influence in North Eastern Syria''.
'' the silence preserved by the Russian Forces substantiates the aim of the Russians either to bring the Syrian Forces into the region or to okay the attacks carried out by the Turkish Occupation Forces to which all North Eastern Syria components ought to side by each other'', Deriki noted.
In turn, Ridwan Xelef, believes that Russian Forces and that of the Syrian Government are paving the way for the Turkish Occupation Forces to extend their spheres of influence and all attacks on Ain Issa amid Russian silence give evidence to this'', adding '' just to create a new reality on the ground and to put pressure on the Autonomous Administration to make concessions to Moscow and Damascus''.
''all what is being taking place heralds a tripartite treaty amongst Russian Forces, Syrian Government and the Turkish Occupation Forces to gain concessions from the Autonomous Administration and to put into action their aims as interests entail'', Xelef added.
Xelef concluded '' everybody knows very well the role played by the Russian Forces and the Syrian Government, that is a matter of discontent, nevertheless people in the region would not allow Russian Forces, Syrian Forces nor the Turkish Occupation Forces to get their plots applied onto the ground''.
