The Sulaymaniyah Asayish said in a statement, reported by Roj News Agency, "We learned this morning of the killing of a woman named "Naghan Akarsal" in the Bakhtiari neighborhood of Sulaymaniyah, and our forces immediately arrived at the scene and began investigations to arrest the suspect in coordination with the Security Directorate East Hawler-Koya. He is now under arrest, where investigations will be conducted into the incident with the killer."
The Sulaimaniyah Asayish forces thanked, according to the agency, "the loyal and patriotic citizens who helped them provide information about the killer."
