Turkish air, land attacks targeting citizens within the borders of Hewler

Turkish aircrafts launched attacks on Bradost region in northern Hewler province on Saturday, hours after the Turkish army launched an armed attack on the area's residents.

Turkish military aircraft bombed Mount Lilakan, Khakurk and Bradost in southern Kurdistan, at 5 am today.

The bombing came after a night that witnessed an armed attack carried out by elements of the Turkish occupation army, in the villages of Lilakan.

According to information received from local sources in the region, the Turkish army elements' shooting on villagers' homes in the vicinity of Lilakan resulted in material damage.

The citizens confirmed that this attack was not the first of its kind. Turkish armed attacks against the houses of the residents of the area have been repeated.
