Turkish occupation uses tanks developed by Israel in its offensive

The newspaper "Jerusalem Post", said that the Turkish occupation army uses in its attacks on northern Syria tanks "M60-A1" developed by Israel.

The Israeli newspaper pointed out that the images of the tanks that the company (Israeli Military Industries) developed to have been circulated on social networking sites, where a number of them appeared in the town of Akçakale opposite the city of Girê Spi/ Tal Abyad border.

Ankara and Tel Aviv have been allies in the field of defense, security coordination, intelligence sharing and military training since 1960. The relationship reached a peak in the 1990s with the signing of the Defense Coordination Agreement in 1994 and the Military Training Coordination Agreement in 1996.

Between 2003 and 2010, 170 tanks of this type were equipped with 120-mm cannons, along with advanced launchings, controlling and armor systems.
