Turkish occupation’s mercenaries bomb Ashrafieh neighborhood of Aleppo

Mercenaries of the Turkish occupation army stationed in the town of Kafr Hamra today targeted the Ashrafieh neighborhood of Aleppo city, causing material damage to the homes of the residents.

Our correspondent from the region stated that the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation army stationed in the town of Kafr Hamra, west of Aleppo, shelled with mortar shells Ashrafieh neighborhood in Aleppo city, this morning, causing material damage to the homes of the people.

Accordingly, a patrol of the Internal Security Forces went after news of a mortar shell landing to salvage the remnants of the shell in order to preserve the safety of the civilians.

One eyewitness, Jamil Mohammed, who was present during the mortar’s fall, said, "I was sitting in front of the door of my house when I heard a strong noise and smoke coming from our neighbor's house, so I ran inside and some stones scattered as a result of me."

He continued by saying: They displaced us from our area and village in Afrin and they joined us here to bomb and destroy us.

According to the official of the Internal Security Forces, Shukri Mamo, the source of the mortar shell is the vicinity of the town of Kafr Hamra, i.e., the positions of the Turkish occupation army mercenaries, and confirmed that their forces recovered explosive remnants to prevent disasters from occurring.

The mercenaries of the Turkish occupation bombed on Sunday the neighborhoods of Aleppo city, which are under the control of the regime forces, yesterday, after which three civilians were killed and others were wounded.
