UN calls for humanitarian truce in Libyan capital

The United Nations on Sunday called for a week-long humanitarian truce in Libya, where the forces of eastern Libya (the Libyan National Army) are trying to control the capital Tripoli four weeks ago.

The United Nations has called for a humanitarian truce to begin on Monday morning at 04:00 local time to mark the start of Ramadan.
