Parliamentarian Leyla Guven entered her open campaign on hunger strike on her 117th day, where the strike was announced since November 7 last year demanding the removal of the isolation posed on the Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan.
Women from the city of Aleppo expressed their support for Leyla Guven and said that her resistance is a revival of the history of free women.
Asiya Mohammed said that the road taken by Leyla Guven by her strike is the road of freedom. As women of Aleppo, we will join forces to make the 8th of March a day to achieve the objectives of the struggler Leyla Guven.
"We support political prisoners on hunger strike, led by activist Leyla Guven amid a shameful international silence on this resistance," Zeinab Mustafa said.
Rania Jafar said that she will make March 8 in this year, the day of struggle, and resistance for all the women of the world, especially the resisting women in the Turkish occupation prisons who proved to the whole world that they have a strong will to spread peace and lift the isolation posed on Ocalan.
For her part, Shirin Ali pointed out that the resistance of the struggler Leyla Guven for more than 100 days, along with her friends, is great resistance in the face of tyranny forces lead by Erdogan.
In turn, Moloda Suleiman congratulated the prison resistance, led by the resistance of Leyla Guven who became a symbol of resistance to lift the isolation posed on Ocalan.
