Young man killed in Rojhilat Kurdistan by Iranian state

Iranian state forces killed a young man at a checkpoint in eastern Kurdistan.

Last night, Iranian state forces arrested a 19-year-old boy, Behzad Aziz, from the village of Darka Sheikhan, in the city of Banah, at a checkpoint in the city of (Banah) of Rojhilat (Eastern Kurdistan).

They tortured and beat him, and after that the forces fired live bullets at him.

After the killing of the young man, Behzad Aziz, the people of the city went to the checkpoint and set fire to the checkpoint, in protest against the killing of the young man.

His body was taken to Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi Hospital in the city of Banah, and a large number of citizens and relatives of the victim gathered in front of the hospital.
