Zarghan district and its villages targeted by more than 100 artillery shells last night

Last night, the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries targeted Zarghan district in Hasaka canton with more than 100 artillery shells and mortars, according to two field commanders, and the bombing caused damage to citizens' properties and the People's Municipality building in the district center.

For the third day in a row, Zarghan district of Al-Hasakah canton in northeastern Syria witnessed, yesterday, Wednesday, fierce artillery shelling by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries, and the shells targeted most of the villages located on the contact lines, in addition to targeting public facilities in the center of the district.

ANHA correspondent from Zarkan reported that at exactly 8:50 pm yesterday, the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries bombed the village of Al-Asadiya, north of Zarghan district, and the bombing expanded to include Al-Boubi village on the same side, and the center of Zarghan district, to later reach the southern countryside of the district, focusing on villages. Khirbet al-Shayr, Benja, and Tell al-Ward, which resulted in material damage to the property of citizens.

ANHA correspondent pointed out that the Turkish occupation also targeted the People's Municipality building in the center of the district and the Safarna Mill in the southern part of the district, causing material damage to them.

According to field commanders in the front lines, the district was targeted last night with more than 100 shells, 65 of which targeted the center of the district.
